I cannot using the B8 headset with PC
Q: I have a Bluetooth B8 headset and BlueNEXT VOIP Dongle.. Everything seems to work fine. All the drivers are installed and everything pairs fine. However even though it says it paired I cant manage to get sound to come out of the headset or use it as a microphone and record sound onto my comp! My pairing the device it does stop SOME windows sounds.. Like the beep.. But my msn still bings when ppl sign in and bongs when ppl send me messages..
A:After you installed IVT bluesoleil software, there weill be two audio devices : Bluetooth AV audio and Buletooth SCO audio. AV model is only used for stereo headset with A2DP feature, which is not supported by B8. SCO audio (headset profit) is supported by B8. Please select SCO audio as your default audio devices. (And we recommand you delete AV audio from Device Manager)
Please see following details:

Open Volume control-, select options->properties. Then select SCO audio as your default audio devices both for playback and recording.
Finally, rebooting the computer.

Uninstall the Bluetooth AV audio device from Hardware manager. (Right click My computer, select properties, go to hardware, open Device Manager.
I cannot turn the headset into pairing mode
Please turn your headset into pairing mode according following steps:
Press the turn on button.
KEEP pressing trun on button when blue light flash,DO NOT RELEASED THE BUTTON UNTILL RED AND BLUE LIGHT FLASH TOGETHER.
When red & blue light flash together ... release the button now headset in pairing mode,(perform a device discovery(for scan)from the phone.For details about device discovery please consult your phone's user guide.
Other possiblility:
Possibility one: out of battery. Solution - recharged as instructed.
Possiblility two: headset goes accidentally into storage mode, solution - recharge for a couple of seconds and then use it.
How can I charge battary of my headset
1. Plug in AC adaptor at the rear of headset.
2. The red ligh notify charging statement.
3. When charging is over, the red light will trun off, plug off AC adaptor

Note: First time make sure charging 4 hours, after that charging 2 hours each time
How to change the headset from one ear to the other
1. Joggle the earhook and plug it off
2. turn it round.
3. plug in the main unit of headset

Note: gently force
If you cannot hear anything in your headset
1. Increase the volume on the headset.
2. Ensure that the headset is paired with the phone.
3. Make sure that the phone is connecting to the headset C if it does not connect either from the phones Bluetooth menu or by tapping the answer button, carry out the pairing procedure.
Will the H&H -006work with other Bluetooth equipment
The H&H C006 is designed to work with Bluetooth mobile phones. It can also work with other Bluetooth devices that are compliant with version 1.1 or 1.2 and support headset and/or hands-free profile.
Will my H&H -006 interfere with my cars electronics, radio, or computer
The H&H C006 produces significantly less power than a typical mobile phone. It also only emits signals that are in compliance with the international Bluetooth standard.Therefore, you should not expect any interference with standard consumer-grade electronics equipment.
I am experiencing pairing problems even though my phone is indicating otherwise
If you have deleted your headset pairing connection in your mobile phone, you may experience problems despite indications you are receiving from your phone. The only way to successfully pair the H&H C006 with your mobile phone is to follow the pairing instructions in section 3 of the user manual.
Why my headset is storage mode all the time
To prevent your H&H C006 getting into the storage mode: when you switch off your headset, release button when the red LED is on (do not press for too long)
